Connection and Getting Started

  1. The user fills out the registration form.
  2. We create the workspace and send all necessary access credentials.
  3. Authorization is done via the Login button in the top right corner of the website.
  4. The user reads and accepts the user agreement.
  5. Initial setup:
    • Filling in company details,
    • Adding employees and translators,
    • Assigning roles (administrator, accountant, manager, etc.),
    • Uploading price lists for services and additional tasks (notarization, apostille, agency stamp etc.),
    • Choosing the currency and billing method (per word, character, or page).

After these steps, the system is fully ready to use.

If necessary, we import data from CSV, Excel, and other databases: orders, clients, translators, partners, and payment history.
